Had my camper winterized here last week. The service was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ran into a few issues with getting it picked up. The battery on my camper was dead. I have an electric jack and my truck wasn't giving it enough power. They were more than happy to help out and get it plugged in for me. Will be taking all of my camping business here from now on!
We rented a camper from them over Labor Day. We were meeting up with friends from Twinning MI so rented one close to them to head up to Lake Huron. Zack gave us his cell and said to call with any issues. First night still within 20 minutes of dealership and the thermostat is broke. Full heat or air no controlling temp. He said for my husba6 to put it on 70 and call him back, like we didn't try that. Called him back, would not answer phone. Next day went to empty dirty tank and the hose was line a sieve.husband wore everything. Hose was not even 4 feet long. Called again, no answer. Went and bought a new hose...gave to friends after trip..... Entire trip I had to get up at night...cold week...and turn the heat on until it got soo hot I had to turn it off. Did this for 6 days/nights. Took camper back (2018 model), voiced our opinion with Zach. His reason for not getting back to us was it was a holiday and he was on vacation.few more words of discussion as you are running a business and should have a back-up plan when you are not available. He explained this type of problem has never happened before. We demonstrated it to him. So there was no way the unit was inspected especially with the hose issue also. He asked if we wanted to talk to his manager and we said yes. Went in/came back he wasn't able to deal with us he has our number and would call later that day. 6 weeks later, no call back. Did get our deposit back but Zach felt we should be compensated, but again not a peep. Just make sure if renting from them, cover all your basis in case you need to communicate with them for help or if an issue arises. Its a shame, we will never use them again
