Glad this post office is still here, alot more convenient then having to drive to the bay city one for sending out work mail.
poorly just moved and my out of state ID and buyers agreement wasn't enough to get the key to my mailbox. Yet I needed the mail in it to get my drivers license updated. This needs to change. I didn't go through this much grief over a mailbox in any other state I moved to.......
I normally do not have an issue with anyone at this PO except when I have to deal with "Scott". He always has a snotty attitude and does not like to hear any kind of complaints. Next time I have to call about anything, I will not talk to him. What happened to being kind to your customers instead of making them feel like they are an annoyance to you? He has done this every time I've spoken to him. However, everyone else I have ever dealt with there has been very friendly and helpful. HE needs to get out of the business of dealing with people or stay in the back room and leave the phones to someone else!
